Make no mistake, the Grill Topper doesn't automatically draw a team logo onto your meat with a black Sharpie. There is definitely some skill involved - some people will get better results than others, which presents the challenge...and our open invitation to welcome your tips and images. Today's Tip:
Heat is critical - preheat your grill with the Grill Topper resting on top for several minutes. Get your grill as hot as possible - when you slap the cold meat on the hot surface, a well defined sear mark is much more likely.
