Searing results with the HD's are quick and easy. Once you preheat your HD Grill Topper, place the hot dog or brat on the HD and lightly press it down with a spatula or other grilling utensil. Do this for roughly 15-30 seconds and roll over the hot dog and slow cook it the rest of the way.
